Return and Refund Policy (For Damaged Items Only)

We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided.

• Photos or video proof of the damage must be submitted with your return request.

To start a return, contact us at contact@audiovisuallab.ae. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as it will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
