The LED Digital Poster Rental is the modern way to convey marketing messages, company announcements, and greet customers at the trade show or your business entrance.
Connect with a USB stick or Wi-Fi to display your content. If you have a development team, they will know how to design properly formatted content. Additionally, Creative Imaging Displays and Popshap offer custom software development for all Popshap products to create a fully customized experience.

What are LED video posters and how can I use them?
Yes, posters and kiosks standees can be hired for outdoor event, subject to absence of rain, and for usage after sunset (after around 6 pm).
During day time a usage of poster or kiosk standee is only possible under shed or tent with a complete shadow, however not at all recommended, as screen visibility will low.

Any video file of .MP4 format less than 200 MB and any .JPG, PNG files less than 1 MB can be played on LED video posters.

What if I don't have a power socket near the setup location?
Inform us in advance about any special requirements. We can provide extra power cable extensions up to 100 meters (50 m + 50 m) at no additional cost.
What if I require a longer HDMI cable?
By default, we provide a 2-meter HDMI cable. If you need a longer cable, please inform us in advance:
- Cables from 1 m to 15 m are provided free of charge.
- For distances up to 100 m, we offer HDMI via Ethernet at an additional cost of 150 AED per set.
Can you install a LED poster in advance?
Yes, we can arrange for advance installation. Please coordinate with us to schedule the setup ahead of your event.
