What screens do you offer for rental?
We provide high-quality 4K resolution screens from a leading global manufacturer, featuring vibrant colors. Available sizes include 65", 75" and 85" displays. Our LED TV screens utilize the latest backlighting technology and stronger matrices compared to standard LCD or plasma TVs. All screens are tested after each event to ensure they are scratch-free and function perfectly. Each rental includes a suitable wheel stand.
Can TV screen be hired for an outdoor event?
Yes, screens can be rented for outdoor events, provided there is no rain on the event day. It's strongly recommended to use TV screens outdoors only after sunset (around 6 PM), as their brightness isn't designed for direct sunlight. Alternatively, place them under a shed or tent with strong shading.
Can the screen be hired for an even on a boat or on a yacht?
Yes, we rent TV screens for events on boats or yachts, provided the screen is protected from wind and sun, placed under a shed, and the vessel is longer than 10 meter to minimize motion. Our technical team will ensure proper installation. Please also consider the outdoor usage recommendation: use after 6 PM or place the screen indoors.
What if I don't have a power socket near the setup location?
Inform us in advance about any special requirements. We can provide extra power cable extensions up to 100 meters (50 m + 50 m) at no additional cost.
What if I require a longer HDMI cable?
By default, we provide a 2-meter HDMI cable. If you need a longer cable, please inform us in advance:
- Cables from 1 m to 15 m are provided free of charge.
- For distances up to 100 m, we offer HDMI via Ethernet at an additional cost of 150 AED per set.
Can you install a TV screen in advance?
Yes, we can arrange for advance installation. Please coordinate with us to schedule the setup ahead of your event.
